9mm wires
Hi All,
I need to get new ignition wires for my '90 5.8L. From what I read, Ford Racing 9mm are the way to go. Looking at their website (fordracing.com), I see multiple choices for my application ranging from $40ish to $120ish. Looking at the jegs catalog, the only choice is "397-M-12259-M301 9mm Wire Set-5.0L/5.8L Black" with varible colors costing $45ish. Is this the set I'm looking for?

I bought my FMS wires from Summit Racing, I bought the blue wires for $39.95 part no. fms-m12259c301 these are direct replacement wires for the 302/351 engines. I also bought a set of the 9mm wires looms part no. mor-72160 to keep them off my headers for $5.95 The wires your looking at are universal fit wires for v6/v8 in black.
