windshield visors
On my 2005 250 SD reg cab I am thinking of putting a Lund visor on it. Looking for in put on models to use on this truck. i have already a lund hood deflector on it. I have read and was told a visor and hood deflector can cause air flow problems if not matched to work with each other. I have factory clearance lights on this truck also. Looking for ideas.

Skip it altogother. Aerodynamically they're a nightmare, no matter WHAT the manufacturer tells you. If you're looking to block out some sun, consider boulder tint instead. Also, if you put the visor on and you end up not liking it or whatever (?), you have holes in your truck now. With tint, you just rewet it and remove it.

PS- Check legal limits in MI on how far down the tint can come down from the top of the windshield glass so you don't get cited.
