oil pressure
when my truck is cold the oil pressure gauge reads high which i know is normal. when it warms up and at idle at a red light it drops all the way down past "normal" on the factory gauge. the engine doesnt knock or tap and does not burn any oil. could the gauge be off?

I guess you haven't been rwading gauge related threads?
Ford's gauges are KNOWN to be faulty.
I tell everyone with this problem to hook up a mechanical gauge under the hood to know exactly what pressure is there.
It can be T'd into the sending unit already there.
Don't run an oil gauge that requires oil to actuate it INTO the cab.
If that line bursts.
You'll need some cleaning tools.
