If it came with the owners manual, there should be a card in there that says it. Otherwise it's in a couple places on the vehicle, though I don't know exactly for the '02. For my '99 there is a plaque in the engine compartment.

Usually you can just look under the dash on the drivers side for a black box with a strip of white tape w/ black numbers on it (5 digits). Those numbers are the keyless door code.
BTW, you will pretty much have to lay on the floorboard to see the box and numbers.
