Odometer jumps are likely from a poorly lubricated speedo cable, the light in the dash is just a simple bulb replacement.
The grill is what you would call a square-tube grill. The bars are made longer than needed, and trimmed to fit, per truck. These can be installed on various different years of various different brands of trucks. The only problem with them...you become a slave to keeping them polished, and keeping the rust at bay. The chroming is ofton done rather poorly, and no one ever bothers re-chroming after trimming to fit, so the fresh metal at the edges does like to rust and start bubbling under the chrome if you don't keep on it.
