1 - try to get a hold of original sales literature - it is a great help.
2 - Haynes Manual - they are cheap compared to shop time for stuff you can fix yourself, plus they have spec. data.
3 - I think there are some books in the store on this site - some one correct me if I am wrong or verify if I am write.
4 - Get a build sheet - there is a long post in this forum on them - just look for it.
