I have a 03 EX with 6.0 liter in it. When you put the truck in drive the doors lock. Now when you stop and put it back in park should it unlock the doors cause mine dont and i hate that. If it should how can i make mine do it.

I don't think you can make it unlock the doors. You can, however disable the locking of the doors. That procedure should be outlined in your manual.
