1998 Ford Explorer Overheating

1998 Ford Explorer Overheating
Hi All,
I have a 1998 Ford Explorer that overheats. The temperature hand gradually moves to the "H" when the vehicle is parked/stopped with AC on. I have replaced the thermostat and flushed the radiator and engine. But problems continues.
Also, when engine is turned off, it boils for a while and anti-freeze comes out of the overflow tank.
Any advice, suggestions, etc., etc., would greatly be appreciated.
