Is it possible??? I know on my suburban you could hold the tow/haul button in and it would hold 4th while towing. Not allowing an overdrive. I hate the gear searching!!! Anyone know of anything like this on the 6.0???/ Dramaxs have the same hold the tow buttong procedure as well.
I only use my towhaul in hills. Don't even need it on the freeway or steady cruising. The torqshift has no problems pulling in overdrive. What conditions make your tranny search?
don't sweat it man.....put it in tow/haul mode and let the truck do the rest....it feels better as well....feels like it has more beef and much tighter hold....more confident.
