I am still hearing a noise around 2000 rpm's but it doesn't do it when I am stopped or if I rev it up. I can usually hear it better when the engine is under load. It sounds like it is coming from the driver side of the engine and it kind of sounds like it is coming from the top of it. I have changed my egr valve, pcv valve, new spark plugs and wires, and change my oil every 3000 miles. Could this be a problem with the timing chain???? Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry I forgot to explain that. It sounds like a light metal rattle. No tick or groan or whine.....Sometimes it sound like something is just vibrating around.
After that, look on your exhaust manifolds, and there will be one lifting bracket on each one. Both of mine had a stud broken/backed off, and was letting the bracket vebrate at certain rpm's. The bracket is black, tall , with a hole in the top for the use of a hook or chain. It will be bolted in 2 places, on studs that are slightly longer than the normal exhaust manifold bolt. Grab each one and pull/ twist on it, I'll bet at least one is loose, and it vibrates against the manifold when you accel from a stop, and when you are changing gears if you have a stick. It's very rpm specific. Good luck!!!!!1
