my names neal. ive been lurking here for quite a while, and got some good info from frederic on fuel and computer systems when i did my 302/351 swap in this truck. i got it running, driving, then the tranny went out. then i paid to have the tranny rebuilt ($1600) now the tranny is out again 100 miles later. so, i thought id post some pics here, since i can only post 3 in the classifieds, where it is for sale as a roller. <---ad here

i just laughed when i saw the minumum char. limit, but hey, what the he** are you going to do.

 

****, you ever seen the other f150 forums? garbage. i posted in there for months looking for tech, never got anything. i bought a lot of **** you didnt need for the swap, all the 302 stuff bolted right on, brackets and all, AND my 302 computer runs my 351 great. i wound up returning a bunch of stuff.

But I do have a question... if it were my truck, and I paid $1600 to have the tranny rebuilt, and 100 miles later I was told to buy another one, the rebuilder would be walking funny, and he'd have a several hundred pound metal thing hanging out of his ****.

 

he's gone. outta town, and if the building he was in wasnt rented i would have burned it to the ground
