Will headers from a 351m fit a 351c in my 77 Ford F-150 4x4? Also I'm converting to an automatic, What flex plate can I use on my 351c because it's externally balanced?

The exhaust ports are the same on both engines, but the deck height is taller by 1.1" on the 351M which could cause the headers to hit somewhere.

I am not sure on the 351C flexplate, you may get an answer here or you can try the Cleveland forum.

Thanks for using FTE!

I am using a flexplate from a 289. One from a 302/351w pre-82 will fit, along with the balancer. As far as headers, I would use shorty headers from an early 70's Mustang, or be like me and run manifolds. The ones off of an M block work great.
