ok i really need some help i have been asking everyone and been trying for a month now... IM 17 years old this is my first truck i know a good bit about it but i cant figure this one out... ok i got a code reader its giving me code 95 which is PCM (powertrain control module) to ground soo that means the ground wire is bad.. where is the ground wire to the PCM i can not find it anywhere i have checked all the grounds on my truck using the Chilton manual and still nothing. my fuel pumps will not turn on but the relay does click. can sombody please help me?
It should be at the back of the driver-side fender inside. I beleive the wire is black with a red stripe. Take the screw out, clean up the metal, and screw it back down tightly. You may want to add some electric grease around it to prevent it from corroding again right away.

Look at the negitive battery cable.
There is another wire connected there. trace it down to a quick disconect. and unplug it you will find it coroded....... clean and / or cut it off and replace it with a butt conector.
Try un-pluging the relay and clean the conections as well.......
