Guessing the lug nuts are off and the hub rusted to the wheel. Jack it up safely put one lug nut on by hand a few threads. Take a sledge hammer and hit the inside of the tire you will need to lay on the floor for this. And don't hit the rim.
I have always done what 57ford said. But I heard someone saying they once.Put the lugs on finger tight and drove it around the yard until they broke loose and then jacked them up and removed them.Again I have never done this, but it sounds like it might work.
You hit the tire not the wheel. It is the way I have always got them off just like 57ford said. The other method I mentioned, again I have never done.It won,t hurt to hit the tire like 57ford said.
Also if you where to take it to the dealer. That is exactly what they are going to do.Like 57ford said start one lug on.You do this so when it does break loose it will not go flying off.

Sorry, need to spend a little more time when I read a post. I am going to look for something other then wd40 and soak that area for a few days and see if that will help.
Hey...I had the same problem with a Montero from New York....Just get that wheel up and put a Jack stand and also leave the jack as well for safty...use a small two pound hammer for better control and hit the tire on the inside or outside wall...it will come loose. Make sure to torque the lugs correctly when you reinstall. It'll come loose without the penetrant.

Many times I've had steel rims seriously rusted tight to the hub. Hammer is fine, but hard on rims. After a few bangs with the hammer and no luck I put the nuts back on leaving about 1/4 to 1/2 inch between the wheel and the nuts. Then do some very sharp turns in the yard or better yet a parking lot. Works every time.
Be sure to keep a close eye on the rims though, you wouldn't want to keep at it if it's busted loose - hard on rims and studs.
Soaked it for the weekend then this morning I put it up on jack stands, left 2 nuts loosly attached and held a 2X4 next to tire (I don't like hitting the tire) and hit it a couple of times, moved to the other side hit it a couple of times and it came off.
Now I need to cool off and then get the other one off. By the way they are going back on with never seize applied to the wheel.
