Geez, I can't believe no one jumped on this. I'll give it a shot, though.
I haven't had any personal experinece with dyno programs, but I was thinking about getting one some time ago and did a little research, and the name that kept coming up was Desktop Dyno 2000, by Motion Software. It now goes by the name Dyno 2000, here's a link with more info:

I was looking in to that one. Also found one called DynoSim Advanced Engine Simulation. Link to site: http://www.proracingsim.com/dynosimmainpage.htm. Don't know what is good and what isn't. Had one on my last computer and it was junk so i thought i would try to get a better one. Actually, with all the knowledge on this site don't really need it for what i'm doing, just thought it would be cool to play with.
