Warped rotor and Braake problems
Sorry about the post but my keyboard is messed up. Anyways comin home from work last night. My truck wanted to slide around turns. and i got home and jacked up the front end and had a brake dragging very badly.(had troublle turning the tire by hand). Anyways i it apart and it appeared the rotor was warpped, so i got me new rotors and pads. I checked the caliper with a C clamp and had dad hit the brakes the caliper went out and came back. which looks like its working correctly. The question is would a warped rotor cause the brake problems

Sure
But heat usually causes a rotor to warp and a sticking caliper piston is usually the cause, I have seen rocks or pebles also cause this. I'd replace the caliper just to be certain it doesn't recur.
