Just wondering how much a spindle cost (front passenger side), seen where Tuffguy said around $150.00, on his post. and where can a person buy a brand new one for a '79 F-150 4x4 (lifted,if it makes a difference). Couldn't find one on FTE's Online Store. Parts for these 'ol trucks are hard ta find in my neck of the woods & if ya find one, costs ya an arm / leg to buy it. Thanks
Check eBay and also local scrap yards can put a part you want on the "wire". The cost of that part should run $20-40 (if I remember my "junkyard" conversations properly) plus shipping to get it to you. That is unless yours is an oddball or rare.
Very few parts are still available new from Ford for these vehicles. There are a few parts that were used on newer vehicles for a while but even those are getting very rare now... -Things change.
Thanks for using FTE!
