You most certainly can.
Essentially you would have to purchase a supercharger kit. Most manufacturers make one for the 302.
You could then opt to fit it yourself, or get it done at a shop if you aren't so mechanically inclined, but it isn't very difficult.

What year and such truck? If you don't have mass air you usually have to convert to get good street manners. I think '95 up is MAF. Also have to upgrade fuel pump and injector and get good head gaskets. It all depends on how much boost you wanna run and the milage on your engine. Usually 9psi is max for a decent stock block with factory compression running pump gas.
