Anyone know where I might find a steering coupler for a 79 F250 4x4?
The Dealer says the part went obsolete 3 years ago, and all the parts stores around here (Upstate NY} don't carry them. Also, all the boneyards have been picked clean. It Looks like a long shaft{ Bottom), Short shaft( Top)with a small U Joint connecting the shafts up by the firewall.
Summit racing sells a Borgeson stearing shaft, the whole thing for $219.99. They look pretty good, needle bearings, and its telescopic. The part # is BRG-970
