Installing those parts (even with a SD cam) does not require a MA conversion! You can install aftermarket intakes, throttle body, and a cam (that is speed density friendly) without having to spend the extra $$$ on a mass air conversion. I can tell you now, from experience, even a mass air eqiuped rig needs a little tweeking when installing aftermarket parts, such as the ones listed above.
You can also get by, using those mods, with a timing light and an aftermarket adjustable fuel pressure regulator. SCT is by far the best out there, but it still falls short with EEC-IV speed density (non Lightning) tuning. There just isn't a huge market for it.
I tried using a database for a 94 F-150 5.0 E4OD, and the databse was very limited, and there wasn't any way to tune the tranny, although your tranny may not be electronic...and this was a mass air database.
If you have the money to spend, then convert over to MA, and get it tuned to get the most out of your combo.
How much are you able to spend, and what is the main purpose of this vehicle?
