replacing convex mirror ???
Has anyone had to replace the little convex mirror on the TT mirrors? Is it an easy, inexpensive thing, or does it need the whole mirror assembly replaced? 2001 F250, driver side.

The '04 had adjustable spot mirrors too... I also added the C-Betr mirrors I really like them..

They are replaceable. I replaced mine on my 2000 F350. expensive though. Mine cost me $75.00 Canadian. They just pop out of plastic sockets & you heat the sockets with a heat gun before you snap the new one in.

anyone know if they make a convex replacement for the larger mirror pass side TT mirror? I hate that it isnt, cant see enough. (aka the "objects closer then appears" type)

I'm SURE you can motivate him.
There's one thing for sure that motivates a man...
FOOD!
Feed him after he replaces the glass, wouldn't want him eating then falling asleep before he does the work.
