400 compression ???

Hey I am going to build a virgin 400 and was wanting to get my compression up to about 9.5-1 . Can I deck the block .010 and use 351c 2v heads planed .020 using stock pistons and get 9.5-1? I can't find flat top pistons for the 400. I have heard about using 351c pistons with bushed 400 rods but I'm not sure about that. Is badger (Ohio piston) still making flat tops? Need suggestions, thanks Marty

Tim Meyers ( http://www.tmeyerinc.com/ )has some flat tops that he custom ordered- badger still makes them as well.My understanding is that the cleveland head is ok but the intake manifold will need some work as well. I'm not sure there is any advantage to running the cleveland 2v head. Better to go with the Aussie head, get the pistons from TMI and he will get the compresion right where you want it.
