bolting frame together

Hi all.
i am in the process of bolting my frame back together .
i am using 1/2" grade 8 bolts 1 1/4" long. i have all steel lock nuts, not nylock. i was wondering if anyone can tell me what i should tourqe these to. they are holding on my spring hangers and cross members

119 ft/lbs, dry coarse thread, add 9% for fine

Alls I can find in my manual is rear sring to front hanger 75-105 same for rear spring rear hanger.I would think the hangers would be close to that.I don't have a listing for the hangers

I open this book more than any other I have ever owned. Thanks for making that comment it made me find out there is a new edition (who would have thunk it after 15 years?)!
