has any one tried doing that yet? and if so where can i get the kit? think truck would look really good with itlevel! also when leveling kit in, will that put strain on front end when towing , with the back being dropped alittle then? hope for s0me good help , you guys here have great ideas , i appreciate that!
I just had one installed on my 2004 XLT. The factory should have done this from the begining. I bought it on E-bay for $106. It cost $60 to have it installed. Easy install if you have the tools , I do not. I will try to find the name of the kit and I will get back to you. It is the best upgrade you can do. I did the 2 inch front level. Looks factory and the ride has not changed at all. You do have to get the allignment done afterwards though.
Hell again. I just went on E-bay and saw the kit on there. It is a metal kit not alluminum or plastic. They have 100% posotive feedback. Go on E-ba automotive parts and accesories and punch 7986660640 in the search. Hope this helps.

I would say that about 500 people in this forum have done this.
The most popular leveling kits are:
1. Autospring (found on ebay)
2. Daystar (found everywhere)
3. EZ-Lift
Use the search function with any of the above and you will find more info. than you know what to do with.
I installed the Daystar 2 1/2 leveling kit on my standard cab f150 4x4. Its a polyurethane type. As porschebreath says you will need FE alignment afterwards and do not attempt unless you have the tools. It did not change my factory ride and looks great.
Good luck
