It indicates that the CHT (Cylinder Head Temp sensor) is reading high. It could be a bare spot in the wire, the wire unhooked and touching the engine or a bad sensor.
Does the temp gauge peg or read cold all of the time? If so, unplug the wire from the sensor see if the code goes away after resetting the computer and running the engine a bit. If so, replace the sensor.
