Need some help with power windows

My power windows are working fine, however I seem to notice the motors are a little noiser than before. If I lower the windows half way down and manually move them, they have some play up/down and side to side. Maybe about 1/8" play all around. Can you guys go check out your windows and verify if this is normal? Thanks.

I checked the power windows on my 97 F-150 and there is no play that I can detect in any direction what-so-ever. They feel pretty solid and go up and down just fine.

I have a 2000 F150 super cab with play in the windows. and the dxriver side is noisy probly with so much use. put some silocone on the sides it will help to slid easier.

Oh yea mine has 108,000 miles on it.
