Okay I know I am setting myself up for an interesting welth of knowledge. I am thinking of selling my 91 F150. I am listing below everything it has. What would you pay for it? I built this truck april-july of last year. This is my baby (first 4x4, got it in high school) It does have a few bugs but I am going to work those out. 99% of parts are less than 20K miles old. unless otherwise noted.
New mustang Roller motor. (fuel injected, less than 20K miles on it.)
Rebuilt tranny (E4OD less than 20K miles on it.)
4:10 gears front and rear
New Detroit true trac in rear (being installed as we speak)
6" pro comp lift
35x12.50 BFG A/Ts
Centerline Hellcat wheels 15x10
New leather interior, carpet and door panels
Power everything
Remote start
Warn winch bumper
SNEEC-IV datalogger
New rear fuel tank
Electric brake setup
Dual 3'' exhaust (2 1/2'' exit pipes)
Tow package
Deep tool box
Sony CD player (nice one)
Fultron tweeters
Rockford fosgate componet door speakers
I am going to include a set of punch z 10'' subs in truck boxes (no amp)
All wiring for amp is there
Optima Yellow top about 6 months old.
It has its dings dents and scratches but it is a solid work horse. It tows my 6500# boat fairly easy. There is no rear seat in it (took it out to store more junk ) What would you pay for it??
Time to move on. I found a 72 Bronco that I want to build, I have no room for 4 vehicles. If that does not describe it I do not know what will. Let me know what you are looking for
Prices vary region to region so what someone would pay in your area compared to another can change by thousands not just hundreds. tough to call. You could always post pictures in a gallery. Go to KBB or Edmunds to find a starting point and then figure the extra for what you have done. IMHO you will not be happy with the answers given here and will probably not get the money back on what you spent to upgrade. Just my $.02
Good Luck with the decision
it seems you just want to waste our time. good luck selling your truck.
Waste your time???? What are you talking about. It is described with every option I have on it. You must not know what these model Fords look like so you might want to check out another forum
It might be best if you posted a few pics of your baby. She sounds nice but you never really described the condition of the body & interior (not even what color it was), nor frame, ect, which is a concern for us in the rust belt. I assume its a supercab since you mention no back seat.

you only describe what you did, what shape, color, rust, options, trans etc.

New leather interior (grey), carpet and door panels
It is two tone Grey, it has a couple of small rust spots but nothing all the way through the biggest one being the size of a quarter. The paint is faded but in tact. The frame is in good condition, I live on the Gulf Coast so there is some rust but nothing that seems to effect the structual integrety.
quick look, are you just tryin to get somthin going or what? he was just askin a oppinion, and if you think its a waste of your time, then dont read anymore of it, and dont reply to it.
FTE sometimes has trouble with threads like this. The trouble is that FTE users cannot give a good estimate of vehicle value. The best advice we can all give you, is to check the sites like KBB and NADA, look at other trucks for sale in your area (autotrader.com) and if you have mods to the vehicle then add in whatever you feel is appropriate for them. If somebody buys it at that price...then your happy....if nobody bites then your price is too high.
A vehicle with mods is difficult to determine value, because whats worth something to you is not worth the same to somebody else. Typically, you don't get much money for the parts/mods you've done, unless you're lucky in finding a buyer who is interested in most/all the mods you've done.
In the end, the vehicles worth is determined by what someone is willing to pay for it.
