i have a 2004 screw .i was wondering if their is a way to change the headlamp wiring so the fog lamps come on with the high beams? i installed high beam bulbs from 1993 chev truck.

 

You will have to find the hot wire coming into the foglamp switch, cut it, and then wire it to a hot in run, hot all the time, or find the hot wire coming from the headlight switch before it goes to the dimmer switch, and splice into that so they work in high or lowbeam.

I guess you know they won't be legal in many areas wired up that way.
