What is the deal with the different color off road lights? I understand the yellow ones but what about blue, green, and red? Are they any better than the clear or yellows? If you have the yellow ones installed how much do you use them off road?
Thanks guys.
um...ive never heard of different color offroad lights. but i would think that they would be just for show. i would think that the regular offroad lights work much better lighting up the place. just my opinion though and of course i could be wrong.
Depends on how thick the fog/snow is. Sometimes the reflected glare from white lights won't let you see anything. The fogs also have a different projection pattern; short, low, and wide. You don't need much more in whiteout conditions. You're happy just to see the ruts in front of you.
FWIW, don't waste your time with the fog/driving combos. Aim the fogs and the spots point any direction but forward. The set on my wife's car lit the treetops.
