Ford Highboy
I have a 1976 Ford 4X4 that everyone tells me is a Ford Highboy.
I was wondering where the term Highboy came from. Was this a term used by Ford or was this a name given later. I was also curious about any information anyone might have about Highboys. Were they made in F150 & F250? What were the variations? I have heard the term Highboy for many years but didn't know where it came from. Thanks.
