Yesterday I had the moonroof open in my 2002 Supercrew. When I went to close it, it wouldn't. Then I noticed that it was retracted farther back into the roof than I had ever notice before. The glass and the shade is completely behind the roof opening. Is there a stop or a track that the rollers went beyond? Anyone ever had this problem and have a resolution? Does the Premium Care warranty cover it?

I would take a look at the details of your warranty, but if it came with the truck then it should be covered. Uless your warranty is specifically for engine and drivetrain.
It does sound as though tthe "stop" either failed or just broke off. Usually it is a small tab that hits a switch to stop the glass when it gets to a certain point. If they don't cover it under warranty, You can usually remove the inner trim to it and see the tracks and the "stop switch". Make sure it is still inline and works.
Thanks,
I'll be finding out about the extended Ford warranty when I take it to a dealer this week. From other posts that I have read, without a warranty, Ford has wanted $1000 to $1500 to take apart and work on moonroofs. With only being out of the factory 3 year warranty by 3 months, that would stink!
Ford's (and most other's as well) extended warranty sucks. They love to sell it. Money in their pocket. If you ever have a claim, it's different story.
