I've tought abouot this for a while and came up with a couple of possiblities.
First would be James Bond played by Homer Simpson.
Second the first person to get booted from the Apretence. That person always gets bumped for no except there team lost and somone has to go.

I've given this a lot of thought and I can't pin it down to just one character. However, I can give you a recipe for a mix of several different characters, some of whom I've already mentioned. Here's how it breaks down:
Take 2 parts Cliff Claven from Cheers
Add one part Norm, also from Cheers
Stir in 3 parts Frank Burns from MASH
Sift in just a touch of Charles Winchester from the same show
Add 1 part Hawkeye Pierce, again from MASH
Simmer slowly and and add a dash of Wilson from Home Improvement
On a separate burner combine equal parts Newman and George from Seinfeld, simmer slowly and stir in to main mixture
Bring to a full boil and dump in a generous helping of Homer Simpson. Pour into a large pan, insert into 350 degree oven until half-baked
...and there you have it! Me! (or pretty close, anyway!) -TD
