Went to a truck/tractor pull last night. What a fantastic show. Almost four hours of continuous entertainment. But no multi engine and jet engine rigs. Enough noise and black smoke to chase all flying insects away for the night.
Also had the mini modifieds. Incredible creations. And antique farm tractors.
I used to watch tractor pulls on Speed Channel often. Multi engined monsters. Don't think they show them anymore. Or am I just missing them?

My cousin and I tractor pull, he runs a single and twin engine modified, and has put together a 2 wheel drive that I might run. The turbines are wild though.
We go usually every year to our local fair. Its an NTPA event so there are some pretty awsome tractors there. I personally love the Super Stock Diesels. Love the black smoke.
I'd love to do it one day but i don't know how to build one. And can't find any info. I guess i'd just have the ultimite amish tractor. 55mph on the highway.
Bumptzer, do you live on ohio, because I was at one last night too. Green county fair grounds. Dodge heaven. hell, most truck pulls are dodge lands. cummins fever around there.
