Fog light hookup question

I have a set of fog lights i want to install on my 94 Ranger 4.0 V6. Im not too familiar with electrical except for hooking up a full stereo system and amp. I want to have a switch in the dash so i can turn them on and off. Now the power distribution box has a spot for the relay but if i want to have them switched should i use the fuse in the fuse box. Where would i run the wire from the fuse to the switch to the lights?

Here's how to hook them up. You can try to figure out what the factory had in mind with their relay socket and a fuse somewhere, but I don't think it's worth the trouble. Walmart has a wiring kit with the relay, switch and harness all together pretty cheap. Wiring the switch into the lowbeam circuit will make it work like the factory system, and will let it pass inspection if you have those in your area.
