I have an 1982 bronco with 33's, 4" lift, 3.70'S and some engine work done to my 300. I need to replace my radius arms and i was thinking about going up to a 6" lift with extended radius arms, a sky shackle flip, ladder bars(mostly for looks, but do spin some in the wetsness) ans superlift's super runner steering setup. Ans possibly going from single to quad shock up front and MAYBE the rear(again prob wont but its a nice look factor) Well, whatcha think? Also, i have always wanted a Dick Cepek lift kit but they are still unavailable for like another 5-6 weeks, should i just wait or settle bc the washer holding the radius arm bushing has begun it rotting death.
Neither front or rear quad shocks will be needed, but IF you just want it for looks and want to spend the green, have at it.
Not sure what your saying, are you going to get extended radius arms and add to your 4" lift, or take the lift off and put on a 6" lift?
IF you want a Dick Cepek lift kit, and would feel bad that you didn't get it, just wait on it, but there is really no big diff. in lift kits, either way you go up. IF you want the "Dick" name, wait for it.
Now if you wait, you can use your current set up a little longer, and get a little more out of what you paid for it.
Yeah i planned on moving up to a 6" and taking off the 4". the only other kit that i was looking into was a tough country, the price is right on that kit. I might not even do the quad setup b/c I dont tow anything so im not sure bout all that yet. But what do you think about the super runner steering system? Ive heard good things about it and the price isn't all that bad on it ya know.
There is a difference in the DC lift in which the radius arms are 48 inches long. I need these arms to correct what the pro-c@*p lift did. I talked to the guy at extreem suspension and it's going to be a while yet.
