Grilled, I like the sounds of the cajun style too!!! I'll have to try that... I've even eaten it raw...yummy good stuff!!

just boiled in water, then spin it round on a pound of butter till it leaves a nice trench

sometimes the paving crew get some corn, and just bury it in a load of hot asphalt before lunchtime

Shuck it, clean the silk off with a stiff brush, soak in water for 2 3 min. wrap in two layers of foil, grill for about 15 min.
