Transmission and Transfer fluid

The truck is a 1987 F250 4x4 6.9 diesel. The tranny is a 4 spd T-19. I am going to change the fluid in the transmission and transfer case, what is some good stuff to use and what do I use?

Use gear oil in the T19. 90wt, 80/90, or 85/140 will work. The t-case should be either an NP208 or BW1356. The Borg Warner uses tranny fluid, dexron/mercon I believe.
