Which fluid for transfer case
The manuel says mercon ATF for the 4x4 transfer case of my 2001 Ex 7.3.
I recently had the transmission serviced and everyone said to used mercon 5 for that. So what would be best for the transfer case? I am finally getting all of the fluid changed for a clean staring point since buying the EX last December.
