im new to this whole thing i have a 1954 Lincoln Capri with a 460 with a c6 tranny and im want to swap it to a 351 w i need to know if i can use the existing 460 engine mounts any help would be great

And sorry, you'll have to get different mounts for that 351w, they're not at all the same as 460 mounts. That C6 won't bolt up either, different pattern. Now, if it was a 351M you'd be okay, it would bolt right in. -TD
