00 Face lift

I am wanting to upgrade the style and look of the front of my 2000 Ranger, but they say that the bumper cover that I want is only available for 2001+ Rangers. I want to know if they are similar enough to use this or not? I have seen the same cover on an 98-00 style Ranger (in the ads for this cover), but I didn't know how much work they put into it.

I know that some guys have changed out their '98-'00 Ranger front ends to '01-'03 front ends without any fabrication being necessary, so I would think that what you are proposing is possible.

My ranger is a 91 and I've added parts to it that were only for 2001 and they fit without any fuss whatsoever.

I have a 91 also, what 01 parts have you used on your 91?

I've put on fender flares (WARN), an airdam on my front bumper, a skid plate, my side steps were for 01 and up and they fit on with no problem at all.
