They are called Lumi Logos. They run around $30-40. I've gone through two of them and DO NOT recommend them. The adhesive that holds the clear center part does not seem to last very long. On the first one, the clear center section fell off, exposing the electroluminescent membrane. On the second one, moisture entered around the center section and ruined the membrane. In both cases, failure happened within two years. I had them on the tailgate only; I would imagine they would fail even sooner on the front grill.
However, I must say that they were really cool and unique when they worked. I've received many compliments when I had them. After doing a Google search, they appear to be a discontinued item. No surprise!
