Seat Belt Replacement

A couple of questions before I replace the buckle end of the driver's seat belt. How do I remove the plastic cover at the anchor end? It has a torx cutout. I can turn it but it does not loosen. I tried to pry it loose, but didn't want to apply more force until I knew that is the right way to do it. Also, what size torx wrench will I need for the anchor bolt? Thanks.

the torx bolt cover is of the turn as you pry up design. turn it with a t-45(?) while prying up from the back side and it will twist right off. the bolt is a t-50, be sure to wd-40 that thing as it is exposed to the undercarriage.
