Flowmaster on the F150

Has anyone added a Flowmaster or similar catback? Did it make much of a difference? Is it worth it. Does anyone have any Dyno data to post?

Is interior resonance an issue? Every flowmaster Ive owned, or know of, has had very bad interior resonance.

My 04 screw has flowmasters with magna flowtips. has good sound at idle and acceleration but has no drone at cruising speeds. i've had other systems on my cobras and they all droned but not this setup.

04 larait screw 5.4 Flowmaster 40 series si/do with 4in tips. same as slither302 nice sounding idle and accleration no drone at cruising. unless as i'm usaully inclined to do when the weather is nice I have all 4 windows down and the rear window open . if I cut off the radio then I can hear it rumbling back there not annoying just NICE

What about the power? Any noticable difference? I tow 7500#. I would like more torque for mountain grades.

did notice a little better power and throttle response, Have you thought of trying a tuner someoof them come with a towing tune not sure what the dif would be but could be something to look in to

Check this out, this is the results of a shop that was flow testing a group of mufflers....came out just exactly what all us ol timers were told by our dad's decades ago......
