factory headlights

A friend of mine has an 04 and his headlights are cracking. Just wondering if anybody else has this problem or has heard about it.

Are they cracked from objects hitting them, or are the stress cracks???

Don't look like anything has hit them. No chips or circular cracks from an impact, just fairly straight cracks.

well i don't know i this applies but my 03 expy has the same thing they are spider cracks in the clear plastic and nothing has hit it and it is only where the light bulb gets the hottest

MY 04 Had small cracks that went accross the middle of the lense. Ford replaced it with no problems. I have an early 04 Crew Cab
