Gear Shift Problems
I just ran into a problem with my gear shift 
.
The problem: When my car is actually parked the gear shift indictor on my dashboard says that it is in reverse. If I am in reverse the indicator says neutral and so on.
Has anyone else encountered that problem? Do you know how to fix it or how much it costs?

Very common
This is very common, the below thread was about a month ago with a quick fix.
