Hi, im new to the board and came across this site in a search. I own a 1960 Ford F100 that is right now undergoing another transformation. It was origanlly a straight 6 i believe with a 3speed. When i purchased the truck 4 years ago it had been fitted with a 351 windsor and c6. Well to much ******* and i blew that up, quick fix with a 302 and drove for awhile. Ran hot, wore the cam and so i did the top end. Well doing the top end seemed good, till i spun a main bearing.......So this brings us to the latest chapter of BOB (the guy before me named the truck BOB) i feel if i change his name he might just completely die. Anyways, what is now instore for ole BOB is a Chyrsler IFS front end, fitted to that is a 460/c6 combo. Its going to have all the goodies, edelbrock intake, headers, cam the sweet stuff. I will also be dropping the rear of the truck to give it a lowered stance all the way around. Now if i can just get rid of that green paint. Anyways, just introducing myself. Thanks for taking time to read. Later.

Welcome aboard, all of the previous posts are 100% accurate. I like the patch panel on the r/f fender. Is that after market or did you roll it on the english wheel?
acually the patch panel was on there when i bought the truck. weird thing is, there is nothing behind the panel other than metal....no rust, rot anything.
Hi 60FordDriver-
Welcome. Keep us informed of your progress. Many good folks here with lots of information, some good, some so so, and some from folks on to much medication.

Welcome to the greatest Ford truck site on the net. Good luck with Bob or Boob or Bobo or what ever you settle on..... just don't let any of those other names you will call it along the way stick. I renamed mine (##*&*#@&!!) last night when I cut my shin on it. Anybody know what size twine makes good stiches?
