Helllo, i have an overflow/windshild washer tank from a
89 F-150.
The question is will this kind of tank work on a 79 F-250
351m?
The overflow line from the radiator just emptys onto the ground
(and thats not good for the environment,or my dog!).
will it work?

You have to get the sealed radiator cap with the proper pressure rating to get the system to draw the fluid back reliably. Otherwise, yes it will work.
