exlorer injectors

exlorer injectors
I found some injectors for a 91-94 (?) explorer 4.0 and what i need to know is will they work with my 96 4.0
I foudn them for 35 bucks for a full set and that sure beats 73 dollars a peace.

Auto zone lists only one part number for a 96 but 2 for a 93. Not sure what the difference is. You can call a Ford dealer and ask him to check if they are the same.
Question though - why do you suspect a or all bad injectors? I had a sligh miss that eventually go real bad and it ended up being bad wires. Sure felt like a bad injector but no.

Well then probably not all your injectors. Check your plugs when it's running bad and try to isolate the one or 2 cylinders. This can save you some bucks. But if you can get a set of new ones for $35 - heck, no brainer.

well i didn't get the injectors like a num num idiot....soooo
i replaced the plugs...still pooping around. Do ya think it could be the plug wires...they LOOK good but looks arent everything.
Gonna have to do the injectors pretty soon i think, 20 bucks a peace to have em cleaned, is it worth it?
aye, both the explorers are broke right now, this aint good, lol.
