If it has granny 1st it'll be the T-18 or NP435 like list. both are good strong units.
if no granny 1st it'll be one of the OD units which arent as strong but will do ok if no real heavy loads or hard shift. i forget the name of these right off. They may not even go back that far, but i do know they could be found in some 79's.
