wheels

I want to get some new wheels for my '65 f100. I'm thinking something a little lower (60 series) in front and wider in the back. How does this sound? cragar ss in 15x8 w/235 60 in the front, 15x10 w/265 60 in the back.

Thanks for your help.

You got power steering? You'll need it. Just a reminder that big fat tires come with a price.

I have 275/60s on my uni and they have room. It came to me with 31-12.50s. I do think your wheel wells are narrower though.

There is approx 11" from the inner fender to the outer, to close for me, i went with the 255's

There is a ridge on the inner fender that my old tires were rubbing against, but there is approx 1" clearance, and it has real bad wheel hop, i'm thinking my springs may be bad.
